You have finally made it through school, and now have been hired with a company. You report to the company for orientation which will last for up to 5 days, and most company's will only give you maybe $25.00 per day for this. Some company's won't JD Truck Training Centre even do this. Of course the feed you lunch, and put you in a cheap motel, and provide you with a van to take you to the terminal and back to the motel.
Some rules will be common to each state but each state will have some unique rules you must be familiar with. Now don't let this scare you... everybody has learned to deal with it and you will too.
3) You will need to enroll in a local Truck driving school. There are many schools available all over the country. The best place to start would be at your local community college, which may have a program for you to join. Driving a truck, especially an 18-wheeler is not something that you can just begin to do. You do need practice, and the school will help you with that process. The school will also get you ready to sit for your CDL or commercial copyright exam. School is not required Truck licence to receive your CDL, but the test is much easier if you have had the training a good school can provide.

On the other hand, properly inflated tires can let commercial HR Truck Licence drivers and their passengers enjoy a smooth and safe driving, good handling, maximum traction, fuel efficiency and longer life for your tires.
Remember, ask anything and everything BEFORE you sign the paper work. Also, take the contract home and read every word, very carefully. If something is unclear, ask someone outside of the school. Be certain that you understand everything within the contract before signing. Once signed, you will be held responsible.
Another item that will help you become an asset to your truck driving company is to have as many endorsements as you can. You never know when your company may need someone to pull a tank, hazardous materials, or a triple trailer. With plenty of behind the wheel experience and several endorsements, you will not only be able to find the Utah truck driving job you want, but you are sure to have a long and successful truck driving career.
